Behind The Scenes Changes - April 2006

What's New - June 2004
Welcome to the new improved Grammies! We have been making many improvements recently behinds the scenes to ensure the Grammies site is fast, reliable and secure, but we also managed to find time for some more noticable changes.
Welcome to the new improved Grammies! We have been making many improvements recently behinds the scenes to ensure the Grammies site is fast, reliable and secure, but we also managed to find time for some more noticable changes.
The first is our new logo and other improvements to the site design, which we hope will make the site more consistant. But more importantly, ex teachers of the Grammar School can now sign up! The teachers directory lets you find your favourite teachers and see what they are doing these days. Please encourage any ex-Grammar School teachers you know to join, it's easy and a great way to stay in touch!

Send Us Your Photos - March 2003
It's now easy to send your photos to the Grammies Gallery, with our new Send a Photo page. Simply log in and locate the photo on your computer, it will be automatically uploaded to the Gallery. You can send us anything Grammar School related, such as photos of the school, school events, parties etc, if you are not sure, send it anyway!
The Gallery will open as soon as possible, once the technology is in place, and we have enough pictures. So start sending now!

New Improved Grammies - January 2003
The new improved Grammies is now online, with many new features, such as profiles containing more information, the ability to edit your own entry/profile, and improved security. To take advantage of most of the improvements you will need a username and password, which you should have received already, sent to your registered e-mail address. If you have changed your e-mail address and have not received your username and password please contact us, if you have not changed your e-mail address you can have your username and password resent here
Without using your username and password Grammies continues to work in the same way as before, but to improve security e-mail addresses are not published unless the user has chosen to. You are still able to contact any user by e-mail using the online form. You can now also report directory entries to Grammies if they are inappropriate, simply click the Rep... button.
Once logged in with your username and password (click Login at the top right of a page) you can access more advanced features. When viewing the directory whilst logged in e-mail addresses will be displayed, and clicking the More button next to an entry will display that user's profile which can contain further information.
When viewing your own profile, the option to edit it will appear, click Edit My Profile, then you can update your information and choose whether or not to hide your e-mail address to visitors who are not logged in.
By clicking on your username at the top right of the page you can gain quick access to your profile, and also update your settings. From your User Control Panel you can change the number of entries displayed per page in the directory, and you can change your password.
If you have any problems using any of these new features please contact us.
