- Donation - If you wish to make a one time anonymous donation, click here, we are unable to provide anything other than our gratitude in this case!
- Sponsorship - Sponsorship of the Grammies website would involve your business name with a link on every page, for the period of the sponsorship. For more details please contact us.
- Supporter - A one time donation of over £20 can be listed on our supporters page, with a link. This is simply meant to ensure your generousity is noted, and is not a reliable method of advertisment. If you wish to be a supporter, click here to donate and in the message area enter your link and link text.
In the following conditions Grammies or Grammies 2001 refers to this website www.grammies2001.co.uk. The term donation(s) refers to a payment of money to Grammies 2001 either as a donation, or as sponsorship.
Grammies 2001 can not guarantee how long your link will appear on the supporters page, but will aim to ensure it remains for as long as possible. Dead links will be removed if we are unable to obtain an updated link.
Grammies 2001 gives no garantee of uptime (site availability) during sponsorship, as we are entirely dependany on the uptime of our webhost. However if it can be proven that the Grammies 2001 website was not available to any internet user for more than 3% of the total sponsorship period, a suitable reduction in sponsorship rate may be considered.
Grammies 2001 will not be able to refund your donation without good reason, and will only make refunds within 14 days of the donation, apart from in exceptional circumstances defined by Grammies 2001. Grammies 2001s decision is final and donations should not be made unless you are certain you will not require a refund.
Grammies 2001 aims to use all donations to support Grammies 2001, but is unable to provide any details of said use.
In the event of discontinuation of Grammies 2001, Grammies 2001 will cease acceptance of donations, and will not be liable to refund any donations. However we will aim to refund the most recent donations as funds permit, but will not refund any donations beyond those covered by the funds remaining from donations.
