All you have to do is enter your name, e-mail address and year of leaving sixth form to be in the directory, or for teachers, the years you were at the school. You may also put your mobile number and any other information if you wish to, but please remember that this information will be publicly available on the internet. When joining you will need to choose a username and password, which will let you access certain features of the site, remember your password should be at least 6 characters, and should not be a word likely to be found in a dictionary. How to edit your details
If you need to change any of your information please login with your username and password by clicking Login at the top of a page, then view your profile by clicking on your username at the top right of the page, next click on Profile to display your personal details. Finally click Edit my details and update the details as necessary.
Using the directory is simple...
- To view a directory just click on the year under View the Directory on the left or click on Other years... and select your year from there, all teachers are in the Teachers directory. The directory entries are shown in alphabetical order.
- To search the directories click on Search the Directory and enter the name or e-mail address you want to look for.
Once you have located someone in the directory, if you are also a Grammies member you may view extra information about that person. Simply click on the More button to the right of their entry, and login if necessary.
